I am a handweaver, textile designer and researcher of weaving history. My work brings together traditional techniques, historical patterns and contemporary textile design.

A central part of my practice is reinterpreting traditional weaving patterns for modern use. Alongside handwoven fashion and interior textiles, I develop illuminated textile wall panels that combine woven surfaces with integrated LED light.

I have a particular interest in drawloom weaving and historical damask techniques, which I explore through design, research and teaching. I also design drawloom attachments for handlooms and lead workshops in drawloom weaving.
